Job Summary
We seek an experienced FAT Manager to oversee financial management, ensure compliance with regulations, and drive process improvements.

Responsibilities

  1. Supervise the finance team and submit timely monthly financial reports.
  2. Optimize company financing activities and fund utilization.
  3. ⁠Oversee daily financial operations.
  4. ⁠Identify areas for improvement and implement cost-saving measures.
  5. ⁠Develop and refine financial policies and procedures.
  6. ⁠Establish and enhance internal controls, accounting, planning, and expense management.
  7. ⁠Guide budget preparation, review proposals, and prepare supporting documentation.
  8. ⁠Verify balance sheets and tax returns.

Minimum Qualifications

  1. Age: 35-40 years
  2. ⁠Bachelor's degree in Economics/Financial Management with accounting certification
  3. ⁠Three-plus years of FAT Manager experience
  4. ⁠Proven leadership and teamwork skills
  5. ⁠Excellent data analysis and budget optimization skills
  6. ⁠Effective communication and presentation skills
  7. ⁠Knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations, accounting policies, and taxation
  8. ⁠Supervisory/assistant manager experience
  9. ⁠Proficient in financial modelling, budgeting software, and advanced Excel
  10. ⁠Fluent English (spoken and written)
  11. ⁠Ability to work under pressure
  12. ⁠Familiarity with ERP systems

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Brevet A and Brevet B certification
  2. Experience with Accurate software

We seek an experienced Sales Manager to plan, direct, coordinate, and oversee business expansion activities through market research, tender processes, client presentations, and project management.

Responsibilities

  1. ⁠Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project completion.
  2. ⁠Identify growth opportunities and develop sales strategies in new channels.
  3. ⁠Foster strong relationships with key accounts.
  4. ⁠Monitor daily/weekly sales results, KPIs, competitive activities, and market trends.

  7. ⁠Maintain relationships with existing customers and partners.

Minimum Qualifications

  2. ⁠Minimum 3 years of sales experience in contracting, MEP, furniture, or key account management.
  3. ⁠Age: minimum 30 years old.
  4. ⁠Analytical, results-driven, and deadline-oriented.
  5. Excellent sales, communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
  6. ⁠Strong business acumen, numerical skills, and attention to detail.
  7. ⁠Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and CAD drawing.
