The recent Halal Bihalal event was more than just an opportunity for all employees to strengthen their bonds and engage in silaturahim (communal ties). This year’s gathering also marked a special occasion, as we celebrated Roland’s 43rd birthday, which fell on April 27, 1981. The dual celebration brought a festive spirit and a sense of unity among the team.
Although not all employees could attend, we were delighted to see that approximately 95% of our staff were present. This impressive turnout is a testament to the strong sense of community and camaraderie within our company. The event was filled with joyous moments, shared stories, and a sense of togetherness that transcended the usual work environment.
Our tradition of holding Halal Bihalal gatherings almost every year after the Idul Fitri celebrations has become a cherished practice. These events not only provide an opportunity to reconnect after the holy month of Ramadan but also reinforce our commitment to maintaining a close-knit and supportive workplace.
