More than 10 years After-Sales Service for Ajinomoto Indonesia

PT. Ajinomoto Indonesia is our client since 1997. In early 2000, there was a huge flood that caused all of our furniture drowned in water for period of 1 week. As one of our commitment and responsibility to our customer satisfaction, PT. RGA gives maintenance and also refurbish service, even if the warranty period is over(expired). We gave an options to refurbish the old furniture, and still using the old parts, to make it brand new. We only changed some minor parts such as, top table, drawers, and electrical sockets. This proves our product stand attest to time and exceed our customer’s expectation
